Pariyaram Medical College: New Timings for the Visitors
Pariyaram: The timing for visitors at the Pariyaram Medical College will be changed from 1st November 2001. The new timing will be from 4 PM to 7 PM daily. The visitor must obtain passes from the reception counter prior to the visit.

Theyyam Festival Season Begins
Payyanur: The theyyam festival season of this year started from Saturday, the tenth day of Malyalam month, Thulam (27th October). The first theyyam festival will be the one at Neeleshwaram Theru Anjoottambalam Veerarkavu temple and the last one will the festival at Valapattanam Kalarivathukkal temple festival.

Bichu Thirumala & Vishnunaryanan Namboothiri to Visit Bhaskara
Payyanur: Noted lyricist Sri. Bichu Thirumala and the renowned poet Sri. Vishnunarayanan Namboothiri will visit Bhaskara, Kaithapram on 27th and 28th of October. They will have discussions with the students.

Minister Inaugurates Shopping Complex
Payyanur: Sri. Cherkalam Abduall, Minister for Local Administration inaugurated the newly constructed Municipal Shopping Complex at Perumba. Sri. T.Govindan MP delivered the keys of the shopping complex. Chairperson Smt. S.Jyothi presided over the function.
