College student dies inside classroom
Payyanur: T.P.Smitha (19), 2nd year Botany Student of Payyanur College died after sudden collapsing inside the classroom. She became unconscious during the classes and was rushed to Payyanur Co-op hospital but couldn’t save her life.

PUPIL'S BODY FOUND IN UNUSED WELL
Payyanur: Pupil's body found in an unused well at Puthur near Karivellur. Dhanya (15) daughter of Shri V.M. Parameswaran Nambisan of Kaniyamkunnu was found dead in an unused well near her house.
Dhanya was a student of AV Smaraka Higher Secondary School, Karivellur. She secured the highest marks in the last SSLC examination from AV Smaraka Higher Secondary School. Dhanya lost her mother long back and the name of her sister is Thulasi.
