Municipality To Condut Payyanur Festival Every Year
Payyanur: A shopping festival called "Payyanur Utsavam" will be conducted every year by the municipal administration at Payyanur. This was stated in the municipal budget for the year 2004-05 presented yesterday. The festival is expected to promote the commerce, industry and the heritage of Payyanur.
