Payyanur: The history of trade unions in Malabar- a book written by the CPM leader of Payyanur GD Nair was formally released at a function held at Payyanur yesterday. KN Raveendranath, the state president of CITU formally released the book and C Krishnan received the first copy. EP Karunakaran presided over the function. Dr VV Kunhikrishnan introduced the book. T.Govindan MP,Adv Ajayakumar also addressed the function.
