Payyanur: The Kerala High Court directed Payyanur municipality to keep the trunching ground at Moorikkovval free from plastic wastes. Earlier the high court had allowed the municipality to carry on with the garbage disposal at moorikkovval. The court also asked municipality to set up a modern garbage disposal plant and to make sure that the plant doesnt cause any enivironmental issue.
