The first General Body Meeting of Payyanur Sauhruda Vedi, Bahrain was held at 8.00 pm on 24th July, 2003 at South Park Restaurant, Manama, Bahrain.

Shri C.R. Nambiar presided the meeting and in his presidential speech Shri C.R. Nambiar once again explained the objectives of PSV and requested everyone from Payyanur area to co-operate with the forum.

An Executive Committee comprising the following were elected for the smooth functioning of the PSV till 31st December, 2004:
