Payyanur: O.Rajagopal, the union miniser of state for defence accused that the state government is not at all showing any initiative or interest to provide the infrastructure facilities for the Ezhimala Naval Academy which will delay the commissiong of the academy. He told that the Kerala government did nothing for the provision of direct road link to the academy site from kannur and for bringing water supply to the site. The minister was on a visit to Ezhimala to assess the ongoing constructon works at the academy site.
