Payyanur:The residents of Moorikkovval complained against the garbage disposal plant of the Municipality. They demands the shifting of the disposal centre from Moorikkovval to another location. But the municipality authorities ruled out this possiblity completely claiming that the disposal of the garbage is processed in the most modern way and is not doing any harm to the public. But the residents complain that dogs and crows are bringing the garbage to the houses and the wells of that area . They say this is because of the poor processing of the garbage which is due the negligence of the authorities. The local residents are planning for a protes against municipality.
