Payyanur: TV Rajesh, a native of Payyanur has been elected as the new secretary of SFI's Kerala state committee. Rajesh, an LLB student at Thriuvananthapuram, is a native of Vilayancode near Payyanur. The election of Rajesh as SFI secretary has brought one more Payyanurian as the leader of CPM's organisations. CKP Padmanabhan, a native of Kunhimangalam, is already the state secretary of Karshaka Sangham and PK Sreemathi, MLA of Payyanur is the state secretary of the Janadhipatya Mahila Association- the women's wing of CPM.
