Soldier Killed In Terrorist Attack
Payyanur: Pazhassi Veetil Dinesan (32), a soldier of Indian Army and a native of Pulingome near Cherupuzha has been killed in a terrorist attack He died after a serious head injuriy in an encounter with the terrorists near Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. Dineshan, son of Chindan, retired postman of Paalavayal Post Office, and Rugmini, was serving as a soldier in BSF for the last 17 years. The deadbody will be brought to Bangalore by air today and is expected to reach home via road at about 10 pm. The body will be kept for public viewing tomorrow at Chunda GHS before cremation.
