"KPCC Conference" Jubilee: Karunakaran To Inaugurate
Payyanur: The 75th anniversary of the KPCC conference held at Payyanur which adopted 'poorna swaraj'(complete freedom) as its motto will be celebrated at Payyanur. This conference which was held from 25th to 27th April 1928 was inaugurated by Jawaharlal Nehru and was attended by several important leaders of the freedom movement. The closing ceremony of the jubilee celberations will be inaugurated by K.Karunakaran at Payyanur on 30th September,2002.
