Dubai: The payyanurians residing in United Arab Emirates yesterday formed a new organisation called "Payyanur Koottayma" which will be working for the betterment of their hometown and its people. The new group was formed at a get-together of payyanur natives conducted at Dubai under the patronage of Payyanur Dot Com. Sri. Ramesh Payyanur, the program executive of Asianet Radio,P.Gopinath,Janadranadas Kunhimangalam,Smt. Usha Nair and B.Jyothilal addressed the get-together. In the beginning "Payyanur Koottayma" will be working at Duabi & Sharjah. An adhoc committee was also formed to plan the future activities of the forum with Ramesh Payyanur, VP Sasikumar, Bhaskaran Nair, Sreejith, Sunil, Rajendran Kavvayi, Prakasan Kurunthil, and Vinod Kumar as its members. Various cultural programs were also performed at the event.
