Payyanur: The Payyanur Co-op Urban Bank filed a case in the High Court of Kerala against the alleged advertisement of RBI warning the customers from banking with the urban bank. RBI's regional director has given advertisement in the leading dailies that the newly started urban banks are illegal and warned the public not to bank with them. The urban banks at Kambil,Thaliparamba and Pilathara also filed similar cases at the high court.
