SAND COLLECTION FROM RIVER, LAW BREAKERS WERE STOPPED BY THE POLICE
Payyanur: By breaking the ediction of Kerala High Court with regard to the collection of sand from the rivers, a group of 500 Kerala Building Construction workers were stopped by the Payyanur Police at Perumba River. The workers demanded that the prohibition of the sand collection from rivers should be revoked. Later on a public meeting was organised and it was inaugurated by the KPCC General Secretary Mr. M.K. Raghavan.
