Vinsion Paul the new DIG & Dr. Venu, the new District Collector
Kannur: Vinson M Paul IPS is appointed as the new DIG for northrern region and Dr. V.Venu as the new Kannur district collector. Dr.Venu is presently working as the Director of Tourism Department. The present collector KR Jyothilal has been transferred to Thiruvananthapuram.
